Drive-Home Valet for Company D&Ds

You can book drive-home valet for an entire company D&D or event in one go, and the more cars you bring into a single order, the lower the per-car rate: $42 per car for 2 cars, or $40 per car for 3 or more, instead of the usual $45.

If you're the one organising the night — HR, an admin exec, or just the colleague who ended up owning the group chat — here's how to actually plan it so drivers show up on time and nobody's left waiting at the end of the night.

Group pricing, recapped

The discount applies to cars booked together in the same order for roughly the same pickup window — it's not a general company discount code, it's the saving from planning multiple trips as one job instead of several unrelated ones. Booking for colleagues who didn't organise it themselves

You don't need each colleague to book their own driver individually. Whoever's coordinating can book on behalf of the group — just have each person's name, number, and where their car actually is, since drivers usually need to reach several different cars across a venue's car park rather than one central pickup point. We'll coordinate directly with each driver over WhatsApp once bookings are confirmed, so colleagues don't need to manage anything themselves beyond being findable when their driver arrives.

This also solves the awkward bit where someone's clearly had a good night and isn't in a state to coordinate their own ride home — a colleague or manager can book on their behalf without them needing to do anything except get in their own car when the driver arrives.

Advance booking for events

For a scheduled D&D or company event, book ahead rather than waiting until the night — this lets us plan driver coverage properly instead of relying on whoever happens to be free that hour. We run fully on-demand from 8pm to 6am with no notice required, but for anything scheduled outside that window, or for a large group at any hour, advance notice means a smoother night for everyone, including your colleagues who'd rather not be standing around at 11pm wondering when their ride's arriving.

How many drivers for a 20-person event

There's no single fixed ratio, because it depends on how many people actually drove versus took a Grab or public transport to the venue, and how spread out everyone's homes are. As a rough starting point: if roughly half a group of 20 drove (about 10 cars), and everyone's leaving around the same time, plan for enough drivers to clear that within a reasonable window rather than assuming one or two drivers can work through ten cars back to back — message us your expected car count and rough end time, and we'll help you size it properly rather than guessing from a formula.

Two things make the estimate easier for us: knowing roughly when the event actually ends (a hard 10pm cutoff plans very differently from "whenever people feel like leaving"), and knowing if everyone's cars are clustered in one car park or scattered across a few streets nearby. Both change how many drivers we'd want standing by versus how many we can bring in as needed through the night.

Paying and invoicing

Individual drivers are still settled per trip, cash or PayNow, the same as any other booking. If you need consolidated billing or an invoice for company expense claims across a group booking, message us directly and we'll sort out the arrangement — this isn't something we handle through the standard booking form, so a quick WhatsApp conversation beforehand saves any back-and-forth after the event.
