Your driver and recovery rider arrive
A licensed driver and a recovery rider come to you, usually within about 15 minutes. The rider follows behind so your driver can get back afterward.
You're driven home — in your own car
Before you get in, your seat and mirrors are returned to your settings. Your keys stay in your hands until you hand them over yourself. Your licensed driver then takes the wheel and drives you and your car home, gently, while the recovery rider follows to collect him afterward.
Settle up at your door
Pay cash or PayNow directly with your driver once you're home — never in advance. He thanks you, hands your keys back, and the rider takes him on to the next job.
