A drive-home valet is a licensed driver who comes to you, gets behind the wheel of your own car, and drives you — and your car — home together, while a second rider follows behind to collect him afterward. You end the night as a passenger. Your car ends the night in your own garage, not a multi-storey car park two MRT stops from your bed.
It's a different idea from a ride-hail trip. A ride-hail app sends you home in someone else's car and leaves yours exactly where you parked it, waiting for a sober trip back the next day. Drive-home valet solves both problems in one booking: you get home, and so does your car.
How it actually works
Every trip runs on a two-person system. Your driver is the one who takes the wheel — licensed, briefed on your car before he touches it, and responsible for getting you home safely. A recovery rider follows on a separate vehicle for the whole trip, so that once your driver drops you and your car at your door, the rider is right there to bring him on to his next job instead of leaving him stranded in your driveway.
Before your driver gets in, he resets nothing without asking — your seat, mirrors, and radio stay how you like them unless you tell him otherwise. Your keys stay in your hands until you choose to hand them over. That handover is the whole job in miniature: it's your car the entire time, just with someone else doing the driving.

Who it's for
The obvious case is the one everyone thinks of first: you've been drinking and you drove to get here. But plenty of our bookings have nothing to do with alcohol at all. People use drive-home valet when they're too exhausted after a long shift to trust their own reflexes, when they've had eye surgery or are on medication that affects driving, when it's raining hard and visibility is bad, or when they simply don't want to navigate an unfamiliar part of the island at 2am. Anyone who owns or is driving a car and doesn't want to be the one driving it home qualifies.
It's also useful for something ride-hail can't touch: getting your car home even when *you're* not the one who needs a ride. How booking works

We run on-demand from 8pm to 6am — message us and a driver is usually on the way within minutes, no advance notice required. Outside that window (daytime, 6am to 8pm), we ask for at least 2 hours' notice so we can schedule a driver properly, since daytime drivers aren't standing by the way night drivers are.
From the moment you confirm, expect your driver to reach you in about 15 minutes, though this can run a little longer on a busy Friday night or if you're somewhere less central.

Drive-home valet vs the alternatives
Ride-hail (Grab or a taxi) gets you home but leaves your car behind — you're paying for a second trip the next morning to retrieve it, plus whatever you paid to park it overnight in the meantime.
